Why pay for additional services that you won't ever use? Our innovative approach to fulfillment only charges you for what you use. However, if you ever need additional assistance, our highly trained fulfillment team is there to support any and all of your needs including:

Special Projects

$45/man-hour

Our most common "other" fees are special projects. This includes tasks like counting inventory, repackaging products, quality control, bagging products, or any other generic task not a part of your plan.

Container Unloading

$275 per 20' container

$350 per 40' container

If you are expecting a container in which the cargo is palletized, there is no receiving aditional fee. If the cargo is “Floor loaded” and we need to off-load and palletize inventory for you, you'll be billed based on the size of the container.

Minimum Pick and Pack Fee

$250/month

We have no restrictions when it comes to the size of clients we are willing to work with, but there is a cost associated with running each account on our platform and the support we provide. That's why we have a minimum monthly pick fee. It starts at $250/month or equals your storage fees. If you don't reach the minimum with your pick and pack fees, you will be billed the difference.

Packaging Materials

$.15 - $2.00

We stock over 50 different shipping boxes, bubble mailers, clear poly bags, white poly mailers, and pallets. If we don't have the right size packaging material for your products, we can order it for you.

Can I provide my custom packaging?

Absolutely! We know how important building your brand is, and custom packaging is a fantastic opportunity to significantly enhance your customer's perception of your product and brand. Custom boxes will be billed as an additional item for each order. Please fill out the form below, and someone from our team will contact you with a breakdown of our fulfillment and shipping costs.

What are batches?

When fulfilling subscription boxes or crowdfunding orders, we set up an assembly line to kit "batches" of orders. A batch is a unique set of orders with the same combination of items. At least there need to be 50 orders in each. If not, we are charged a $15 batching fee to compensate for the lack of orders in each batch.

Do you offer gift messages, and how much does it cost?

Uhm!! Mape Global Enterprise has gift message options that allow you to include messages easily and bestow "gift status" to any order. Here are the three options to choose from 1) Include a gift message on the Packing Slip (Free). 2) Include a gift message on a blank 4x6 card provided by Mape Global Enterprise ($1). 3) Include a gift message on a custom 4x6 card you provide ($0.80 + insert pick fee). *Gift messaging needs to be supported by your shopping cart.

Do you charge for receiving inventory?

NO! Mape Global Enterprise offers free courtesy reception for our monthly clients; if the client follows all the packing and loading guidelines of the containers in their ports of origin, agreed upon in a previous meeting with the operations department. Never forget that we are always here to help you.

Can you handle fragile products? Does it cost extra?

Our Department of Operations will examine your product and provide or suggest custom packaging based on the shipping needs and carrier guidelines. If you have read what type of packaging your items need, just let us know to ensure that we get all your product needs before shipping. For bubble pouches or other (FRAGILE) special item packaging orders, we charge an additional $0.50 per item.

What is the Minimum Pick and Pack Fee?

The minimum pick-and-pack fee is $250, billed monthly. So, for example, let's say your billing was $160 per Month in June, and your company does not cover the $250 minimum. Therefore, the company must pay $90 (for not completing the June minimum monthly charge), automatically generated in your next billing cycle. Be aware that Mape Global Enterprise has minimum monthly payments established in the agreements signed and accepted by both parties. All changes will be notified with prior notifications via email or phone call.

Do you offer storage insurance?

When you store your inventory or products in the Mape Global Enterprise warehouse, you have two options for insurance for your product or inventory. 1) Add our physical location to your actual insurance policy, or 2) You can waive insurance on your product or inventory at your business discretion. Each of these options has its advantages and disadvantages. Always remember that protecting the investment is an additional cost or luxury. It is only additional protection for your company's investment.

What qualifies as a "special project"?

It is all the services that need to be studied previously before several departments, such as Operations, Engineering, Technology, etc. The departments of both companies need to be involved in their adaptation, execution, and implementation to obtain adequate and efficient results.
